| Abstract: | Patients with homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia exhibit severe hypercholesterolemia, cutaneous and tendon xanthomata, and premature atherosclerosis from childhood. A rare presentation of this condition with supravalvular aortic stenosis and coronary ostial stenosis is described. |
