经腘动脉逆行内膜下成形术治疗长段股浅动脉闭塞的临床观察

目的探讨经胭动脉逆行内膜下成形术治疗长段股浅动脉闭塞的临床经验。方法2006年2月-2007年5月，经胭动脉逆行内膜下成形术治疗长段股浅动脉闭塞5例。结果5例病人下肢动脉均完全开通，技术成功率为100．0％，无严重并发症和手术死亡：术后6个月、1年累计开通率分别为80．0％和60．0％，所有病例无严重并发症。结论经胭动脉逆行内膜下成形术是治疗下肢动脉长段硬化闭塞所致慢性严重肢体缺血的安全有效的方法。

The Clinical Experiences of Therapy of Percutanoeus Tram-poplitcai-artery Retrograde Subintimal Angionlasty with Long Superficial Femoral Artery Occlusion

OBJECTIVE Purpose To intestigate the clinical experiences of therapy of percutaneoustrans-popliteal -artery retrograde subintimal angioplasty with long superficial femoral arteryocclusion. METHODS Percutaneous trans-popliteal-artery retrograde subintimal angioplasty wereperformed on 5 patients with long superficial femoral artery occlusion, between February 2006 and May 2007. RESULTS All 5 cases were clone well, with 100% technical successrate, and, without serious complications and operative death. The repatency rates of 6 monthsand 1 year after operation are 80% and 60%, respectively. All the cases have no seriouscomplications CONCLUSIONS Percutaneous trans-popliteal-artery retrograde subintimalangioplasty is a safe and effective therapeutic mean of chronic serious limb ischemia that arecaused by long sclerosis lower extremity arterial occlusion.
