非酒精性脂肪肝与脂代谢紊乱及胰岛素抵抗的关系

目的:探讨非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFL)与脂代谢紊乱及胰岛素抵抗(IR)的关系。方法:采用对照研究,NAFL组50例,正常对照50例,检测两组的血脂、C肽(空腹和餐后2h)。结果:NAFL组的甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TCH)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、C肽(空腹和餐后2h)均高于对照组(P<0.01);而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)、载脂蛋白A(ApoA)都低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:NAFL患者存在明显脂代谢紊乱和胰岛素抵抗。

The Rrelationship Between Disorder of Lipid Metabolism and Insulin Resistance in Patients with Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver

Objective To investigate the relationship between disorder of lipid metabolism andinsulin resistance(IR) in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver(NAFL).Methods The investigation used case control study fiftypatients of NAFL and fifty patients control subjects were assayed for serum lipids and c-peptide (fasting and 2-hour postprandial).Results The result showed that the level of serum triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TCH),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),apolipoprotein B(Apo-B),CP(fasting and 2-hour postprandial) were significantly increase in NAFL group compared with control subjects(P<0.01).The lever of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and apolipoprotein A(Apo-A) in NAFL group were lower than control subjects(P<0.01).Conclusion There existed significant disorder of lipid metabolism and insulin resistance in patients with NAFL.
