| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effects of Ca2+ overload induced by KCl on viability of PC12 cells and expression of p-CREB.Methods: PC12 cells were divided into two groups randomly as control group and KCl group.There was no intervention in control group,while KCl group were given KCl 100 mmol/L for 10 min.Cell viability was determined by MTT assay.PKA activity and expression of p-CREB in PC12 cells were detected by Western blot.Results: The cell viability and PKA activity was reduced in KCl group(P<0.05,versus ... |
