摘    要:目的:观察腺苷预处理对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的影响,探讨血红素加氧酶-1(HO-1)在其中的作用.方法:雄性SD大鼠18只,体重(250±16)g,随机分为3组,每组6只:①对照组(C组),②缺血再灌注组(IR组),③腺苷预处理+缺血再灌注组(AP组).采用结扎/放松左冠状动脉前降支建立心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型.再灌注结束后...
