摘    要:目的:研究慢性脑低灌注大鼠海马核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)的表达.以及当归注射液对其的作用.方法:双侧颈总动脉结扎(2VO)术式制备慢性脑低灌注大鼠模型共25只,随机分为生理盐水组(9只)、当归治疗组(9只)和假手术对照组(7只).自2VO术后5周起,当归治疗组给予当归注射液腹腔注射,另两组给予牛理盐水,共持续4周...
