| 摘 要： | 目的观察空心钉治疗中青年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法 47例中青年股骨颈骨折患者于透视下经皮应用空心钉内固定术治疗,术后进行复诊并拍摄X线片观察,并参照Sanders髋关节创伤后功能评分对患者髋关节功能进行评分。结果术后随访12～36个月,47例患者中骨折愈合44例（93.62%）,股骨头坏死3例（6.38%）,股骨头坏死者全部为GardenⅣ型患者。按Sanders髋关节创伤后功能评分标准的评估结果为：优30例,良14例,差以下3例。结论经皮空心钉治疗中青年股骨颈骨折的疗效值得肯定,也是临床医疗中比较实用的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical results of cannulated screws for femur neck fracture of young and middle aged patients.Methods 47 cases of femur neck fracture young and middle aged patients treated with cannulated screws by X-rayed were analyzed.These patients were examed by X-rayed at subsequent visiting.The hip function evaluation was evaluated 12 months at least after operation by Sanders scores.Results After the operation,there were 44 patients(93.62%) got fracture healing and there were 3 patients(6.38... |
