应用Braden量表预防EICU危急重症患者压疮的效果观察

目的在EICU危急重症患者中运用Braden评估量表进行压疮评估,为预防和减少EICU危急重症患者压疮发生提供依据。方法将用Braden评估量表进行压疮评估的8～12月的患者作为观察组,将用传统方法进行压疮评估的1～7月的患者作为对照组,将观察组和对照组的难免压疮上报率、压疮发生率、目标人群中压疮发生率和非目标人群中压疮发生率进行比较。结果应用Braden量表评估后难免压疮上报率增加,压疮发生率下降,目标人群中压疮发生率无差异,非目标人群中无压疮发生病例。结论用Braden评估量表对入住EICU的所有病员进行压疮评估,做到了评估风险指标量化,有效提高了护士对压疮发生风险的预见性,从而有效的预防了急危重症患者压疮的发生。

Observation of the effect of Braden scale in prevention of pressure ulcer in critically ill patients

Objective To observe the risk-stratification effect of Braden scale in prevention of pressure ulcer in critically-ill patients in emergency intensive care unit（EICU）.Methods The patients admitted to the emergency intensive care unit（EICU） between August and December of 2010 were evaluated with Braden scale.The ones with a score≤9 were managed and monitored as highly-risk population for unavoidable pressure ulcer.Then the reported rate of unavoidable pressure ulcer and the incidence of pressure ulcer were calculated.These data were compared with those obtained before the application of Braden scale（between January and July of 2010）.Results After application of Braden scale,the reported rate of unavoidable pressure ulcer was significantly increased,and the incidence of pressure ulcer was significantly reduced.Conclusions Pressure ulcer screening with Braden scale is beneficial in preventing pressure in critically-ill patients.
