| 摘 要： | 目的了解无偿献血人群随机感染情况,保证从低危人群中采集血液,为制定招募安全血源提供依据。方法对内江2005年1月～2009年12月无偿献血人群ALT、HBsAg、抗HCV、抗HIV、SYP指标检测结果进行分析。结果 95934人次无偿献血者中有5718人次不合格,不合格率为5.96%。不同地区无偿献血者检验不合格率差别具有统计学意义（χ2=35.517,P〈0.05）。不同性别及年龄阶段无偿献血者不合格率差异亦具有统计学意义,男性（χ2=232.757,P〈0.05）;女性（χ2=104.929,P〈0.05）,男性和女性46～50岁年龄段检验不合格率最高。结论不同地区、不同性别及年龄阶段无偿献血者不合格率差异均具有统计学意义,为制定招募安全血源提供了依据。
