中药注射剂应用存在问题及对策

目的:促进中药注射剂安全、有效、合理使用.方法:使用文献综述的方法,对中药注射剂临床应用的现状及存在的问题进行分析,提出相应的对策.结果:中药注射剂临床使用日趋广泛,在疾病的治疗中发挥了较好的作用.主要存在安全性评价及上市后再评价机制缺乏、质量和临床疗效不稳定、中药西化、配伍不合理、不良反应发生频繁等问题,应从政策、企业、科研、临床医务人员及患者等多个层面解决相应的问题.结论:中药注射剂应用存在一些问题,需要多方面的不懈努力才能确保中药注射剂的安全、有效、经济和合理使用,促进中药注射剂健康发展.

Problems and Solutions with the Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection

Objective： To promote the safety, efficacy and rational use of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） injections. Methods： According to the literature reviews, the clinical application status and problems of TCM injections were analyzed, the corresponding countermeasures were proposed. Results： The clinical uses of TCM injections were increasingly widespread and played a better role in the treatment of diseases. However, some problems existed mainly including lack of regulations for safety assessment and post-market surveillance, instability of quality and clinical efficacy, westernization of TCM, injection incompatibility, frequent adverse events and so on. Therefore, some measures should be taken from aspects of regulatory policy, pharmaceutical enterprises, research, healthcare providers, patients, and others to solve the corresponding problem. Conelt~ion： There are some problems in the application of TCM injections, thus, in order to better develop TCM the unremitting efforts are needed to ensure their safety, efficacy, economic and rational.
