| 摘 要： | 目的 总结应用补片无张力修补巨大腹壁切口疝的经验.方法 回顾性分析2000年6月至2009年8月23例巨大腹壁切口疝的诊治过程.结果 23例均用补片进行修补,其中14例采用聚丙烯Marlex网片,9例采用Composix复合补片,术后无严重并发症发生,随访5-48个月无复发.结论 掌握正确的修补方法和材料,以及必要的围...

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the clinical experience of repairing large abdominal incisional hernia by mesh.Methods The clinical data of 23 cases with large incisional henia from Jun 2000 to Aug 2009 were analyzed retrospectively.Results All cases received repairing operation by mesh,in 14 cases by Bards Marlex mesh and in 9 cases by Bards Composix mesh.No serious complication happened after operation.During a following-up of 5 to 48 months,none of the cases recurred.Conclusion Using correct repairing way,suitable material and necessary peri-operative treatment are the keys to cure large abdominal incisional henia. |
