| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经输尿管镜钬激光治疗尿道狭窄的临床效果.方法 对反复尿道狭窄、狭窄长度在0.8-1.5cm的23例行尿道内置入输尿管镜结合钬激光治疗,回顾性分析该方法的疗效及操作要点.结果 一次性成功21例,占91.3%,二次手术2例,占8.7%,2例术后尿道扩张4-6周,占8.7%.出院后随访3-24个月,均排尿通畅无反复...

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of holmium laser urethrotomy under ureteroscopy on urethral stricture.Methods Twenty-three cases with urethral stricture which length ranged from 0.8-1.5 cm accepted urethrotomy with holmium laser under ureteroscopy.The therapeutic effect and complication were observed.Results Operation was performed successfully in 21 cases;2 cases were reopererated.All cases were followed up for 3-24 months,and 2 of them need urethral dilatation termly.Conclusion Endoscopic surgery with ureteroscopy and holmium laser supply an effective method for urethral stricture with slight trauma. |
