| 摘 要： | 目的探讨股骨近端抗旋髓内钉（PFNA）手术治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法采用PFNA手术治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折15例。根据AO分类,A1型9例,A2型4例,A3型2例。结果本组患者手术时间40～90min,平均55min;术中出血50～120ml,平均80ml。15例均获得随访,随访时间5～18个月,平均12个月。所有骨折全部愈合,骨折平均愈合时间4个月。髋关节功能按Harris评分标准评定,平均92分。结论 PFNA手术治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折具有操作简单、手术创伤少、出血少、手术时间短、骨折固定稳定可靠、并发症少等优点,提示PFNA特别适合高龄合并症多的股骨转子间骨折患者,可在临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical result of treatment of senile intertrochanteric fractures with the proximal femoral nail anti-rotation blade(PFNA).Methods 15 senile patients(6 male,9 female) with intertrochanteric fractures were treated with PFNA.Results 15 patients were followed up for 5-18 months.All the case healed for average 4 months.According to the Harris scoring system,average scores was 92.Conclusion The treatment of senile intertrochanteric fractures with the proximal femoral nail anti-rotation ... |
