| 摘 要： | 目的探讨MRI在早期股骨头缺血性坏死诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析经影像学检查结合临床资料确诊的早期股骨头缺血性坏死患者的X线平片、CT及MRI表现。结果 54例早期（Ⅰ～Ⅱ期）股骨头缺血性坏死中单侧38例,双侧16例;Ⅰ期25髋,Ⅱ期45髋。早期股骨头缺血性坏死的X线平片、CT及MRI的确诊率分别为35.7%,55.7%和97.1%。结论 MRI与其它影像学检查相比较,能更早发现病变,而且敏感性和准确率高于CT和X线平片。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of MRI in diagnosis of early avascular necrosis.Methods The expression of X-ray,CT and MRI about early avascular necrosis diagnosed by the imaging combined with clinical data was retrospective analyzed.Results There were 38 cases of unilateral and 16 cases of bilateral andⅠ of 25 hips,Ⅱ of 45 hips in 54 patients with early stage（Ⅰ～Ⅱ period） avascular necrosis.The diagnosis rates of X-ray,CT and MRI for early avascular necrosis were 35.7%,55.7% and 97.1%.Conclusion Compared to other imaging studies,MRI could detect disease earlier,and the sensitivity and accuracy of MRI were higher than CT and X-ray. |
