| 摘 要： | 目的探讨膝关节多发韧带损伤早期使用半腱-股薄肌重建前、后交叉韧带及同期修复内、外侧副韧带的临床疗效。方法对12例多发韧带损伤,在关节镜下早期行修复或重建手术,早期训练,观察膝关节功能。结果所有患者均获6～18个月随访,平均12个月,均得到复位,膝关节功能恢复满意,无明显并发症。结论膝关节多发韧带损伤早期使用半腱肌、股薄肌重建前、后叉韧带及同期修复内、外副韧带,早期康复训练,膝关节稳定性及功能恢复较好,临床疗效满意。
