脑卒中患者偏瘫步态矫正训练的临床疗效分析

目的了解相对固定的异常步态模式改善的可能性及训练方法。方法选择符合条件的60例患者为观察对象,对患者步态进行分析,根据分析结果进行针对性训练。分别在治疗前、治疗4、12周后对患者下肢运动功能、患侧下肢平衡下负重能力、步态和步行速度进行评价。结果经过4周康复治疗,患者下肢FMA评分较治疗前差异无显著性意义（P〉0.05）;经过12周康复治疗,患者下肢FMA评分有显著提高（P〈0.05）;步态评分在第12周有非常显著提高（P〈0.001）。患肢负重能力在4周末和12周末均有非常显著提高（P〈0.001）。患者步行速度在4周末没有显著提高（P〉0.05）;12周末均有显著提高（P〈0.001）;后8周效果更明显（P〈0.001）。结论针对性步态训练可以改善相对固定的偏瘫异常步态,可作为矫正偏瘫步态的训练方法。

Clinical curative effect of gait correction train on hemiparalysis of apoplexy patient
