急性脑梗塞与超敏C反应蛋白和脂蛋白（a）的相关性研究

目的探讨急性脑梗塞患者超敏C反应蛋白（hsCRP）和脂蛋白[（a）,LP（a）]检测值与脑梗塞发病的相关性。方法检测68例急性脑梗塞患者（观察组）治疗前和治疗后的血清hsCRP及LP（a）水平;60例正常对照者（对照组）来自我院体检中心的健康查体者,亦检测其hsCRP及LP（a）水平。结果急性脑梗塞患者治疗前和治疗后的CRP和LP（a）检测结果都明显高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;急性脑梗塞患者治疗前的CRP检测值明显高于治疗后,差异也有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;而LP（a）在治疗前和治疗后的检测结果无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论高水平血清LP（a）浓度为脑血管疾病的重要危险因素。急性脑梗塞患者hsCRP显著升高,而且hsCRP检测结果的高低与病情呈正相关关系。因此LP（a）和hsCRP对急性脑梗塞有重要的辅助诊断和监测病情的作用。

Study on the relationship between hsCRP LP(a) and acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the determination results of lipoprotein a（LP（a）） and C—reactive protein（CRP） in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 68 acute cerebral infarction patients were selected as the study subjects.All of them were determined the LP（a） and hsCRP levels before and after the treatment.60 normal controls were all come from the healthy body check center.Results The determination of LP（a） and hsCRP of the acute cerebral infarction patients both before treatment and after treatment were significantly higher than the controls.There were statistical difference between them（P0.05）.The hsCRP before treatment were higher than that after treatment.There were also statistical difference（P0.05）.Conclusion The high level of LP（a） is an important dangerous factor of cerebrospinal vessel diseases.The hsCRP level of the acute cerebral infarction patients were obvious increased.And the level of hsCRP is directly related to the patient＇s condition.So LP（a） and hsCRP is very important to auxiliary diagnose and monitor the cerebral infarction.
