| 摘 要： | 目的探讨三种桡动脉穿刺方法在儿科采血中的成功率。方法将403例0～3岁患儿按病情轻重分为3组,十字法组136例,目测法组138例,传统法组128例,分别用3种不同桡动脉穿刺采血并回顾资料分析。结果三种方法比较,目测法穿刺成功率较高。结论目测法定位迅速、准确,缩短采血时间,减轻疼痛,成功率高,提高了医患满意度。
