| 摘 要： | 目的:测定20 g/L盐酸丁卡因溶液的有效期。方法:将样品在不同的温度下进行恒温加速试验,采用高效液相色谱法测定含量,初均速法预测样品有效期。结果:样品的有效期为13个月。结论:该方法稳定、可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective: To determine the expiration date of 2% tetracaine hydrochloride.Methods: The sample was conducted constant temperature accelerating experiment at different temperature,the contents of Schisandrin was determined with HPLC,and its expiration date was detected by initial average rate method.Results: The expiration date of sample is 13 month. Conclusion: The method is stable and reliable. |
