辛伐他汀对原发性高血压血管内皮功能的影响

目的:研究辛伐他汀对原发性高血压(EH)患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法:将40例EH患者分为两组:I组(口服辛伐他汀和利尿剂)、II组(口服利尿剂)各20例,治疗12周前后高频超声观察肱动脉内皮依赖性扩张(DIRH)及非内皮依赖性扩张功能(DING)。20例正常人作为对照组,不予任何治疗。结果:与正常对照组相比,I、II两组患者的血压增高,而DIRH减小(%:5.83±2.44;6.43±3.05 VS 13.12±2.89,P<0.05),DING、年龄、血脂、血糖无显著性差异。治疗后I组患者DIRH增大(%:5.83±2.44 VS 12.58±2.65,P<0.05),而II组DIRH无显著性改变;两组患者的血压下降至正常。I、II两组相比,血压、血糖、血脂无显著差异。结论:辛发他汀可以改善高血压病患者受损的血管内皮功能。

Effects of Simvastatin on Endothelial Function in Essential Hypertension Patients

Objective：To investigate the effect of simvastatin on endothelial function in the patients with essential hypertension.Methods：40 patients with hypertension were divided into two groups in a randomized,controlled and single blind trial.Group Ⅰ（n=20） was given simvastatin and hydragogue for 12 weeks,while group Ⅱ（n=20） was given hydragogue during the same time.The brachial artery dilatation induced by reactive hyperemia or nitroglycerin respectively was detected with ultrasonography in all patients before and after treatment.20 normal subjects without any treatment were taken as the control.Results：Compared with the control（%：13.12±2.89）the brachial artery dilatation induced by reactive hyperemia in patients was lower（%：5.83±2.44;6.43±3.05）while the blood pressure was higher.There was no significant difference in age,serum concentrations of total cholesterol or triglyceride or sugar,blood pressure and the brachial artery dilatation induced by nitroglycerin（DING） between two groups of patients and the control（P〉0.05）.And there was no significant difference in the all variables between group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ.After treatment the DTRH increased（%：5.83±2.44 VS 12.58±2.65,P〈0.05） in the patients of group Ⅰ while there was no significant change in DIRH in the patients of group Ⅱ.The blood pressure in the two groups was decreased to the normal.Compared with group Ⅱ,the serum concentrations of total cholesterol,triglyceride or sugar in group Ⅰ were not significantly different.Conclusions：Simvastatin can improve endothelial function in patients with essential hypertension.
