小儿气管支气管多发性异物救治体会(附32例报告)

报告救治32例小儿气管支气管多发性异物的体会。认为:小儿气管支气管多发性异物有明显增多的趋势,且多为植物性的异物;其临床经过险恶;当围术期出现呼吸道梗阻时,应立即插入支气管镜取出异物;迅速建立有效通气道是挽救患儿生命的可靠措施;另外,须常规检查“健侧”支气管,以防止多发性异物的遗漏。

Multiple foreign body in tracheobronchi from children(Report 32 cases)

From 1991. 3 to 1994. 10,280 cases of foreign bodies in tracheobranchus of children were removed in our hospital,but 32 cases of them were multiple foreign body which lodged in the right main branch us with 24 patients (95%),and two cases(6%) in the left side,5 cases(10%) with bilateral bronchi. Multiple foreign body can only be removed in the operation room and can be done by a skilled operator using the proper equipment. A large number of the foreign objects are broken peanuts. All of them were removed safely,smoothly undergo general anesthesia. Our experience showed that multiple foreign body has an increasing tendency in recent years,and therefore it should be managed with particular care. In addition,it is important that creating a free ventilation of air passage promote to rescue suffering infants and children.
