改进保留灌肠法对溃疡性结肠炎的疗效观察

目的探讨改进保留灌肠方法对溃疡性结肠炎的治疗效果。方法将75例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为2组，观察组40例，对照组35例。对照组采取传统保留灌肠方法，观察组采取双腔球囊乳胶导尿管代替一次性肛管，用一次性输液器控制注药速度，球囊内注水防止药液外溢，并根据病变部位的不同，选择不同的插管深度及灌肠后体住。结果与对照组比较，观察组药液在肠道内保留时间明显延长，灌肠药液外溢明显减少，治疗总有效率明显提高（p均〈0．01）。结论改进保留灌肠方法可减少灌肠药液外溢，延长药液在肠道内保留时间。利于药液与溃疡面的广泛接触，从而提高溃疡性结肠炎灌肠的治疗效果。

Curative Effect of Ulcerative Colitis with Improved Retention Enema

Objective：To probe the nursing and treatment of improved retention enema in ulcerative colitis.Methods：75 cases of patients with ulcerative colitis were divided into two groups,the observation group included 40 eases and the control group included 35 cases.Patients in the control group receive traditional retention enema.In the observation group,with two caverns saceulus proprius emul catheter,and with apparatus infusion controlling flow speed, pouring water in the saceulus proprius to prevent physics liquor from overflowing, according to the diseased re- gion,the body position and the deep of intubation tube were selected.Result：Comparing with the control group,the retention time of physics liquor in the observation group was prolonged,and overflow decreased obviously （p〈0.01）.The total effective rate rose （p〈0.01）.Conclusions：Improved retention enema can decrease physics overflow, prolong retention time, and is beneficial for general interaction of medicine and ulcer area. It can raise the curative and nursing effect of ulcerative colitis.
