| 摘 要： | 目的 对输卵管妊娠“开窗”缝合手术进行探讨。方法 选择有生育要求的30例输卵管妊娠患者为研究对象,采用输卵管“开窗”缝合术,分析术后血HCG恢复时间,以及对恢复输卵管通畅和宫内妊娠的影响。结果 30例患者术后无一例持续性异位妊娠发生,术后3月子宫输卵管造影示输卵管通畅率为60％,随访1年发生宫内妊娠率为33.3％。结论 对输卵管妊娠患者采用“开窗”缝合术,正确选择手术适应证、提高手术质量是提高术后疗效的保障。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the "open window and sew up" operation style in treatment of fallopian tube pregnancy. Methods Selected 30 cases fallopian tube pregnancy who had the request of bearing. Adopted the operation style of open window and sew up , analyzed the HCG installation time after operation, and the influence of inslauration fallopian lube lucid. Results No case kept on the womb fallopion tube pregnancy after operation, the lucid rate of fallopian tube was 60% after 3 months. The pregnant rate of the uterus inside was 37. 3% during one year's visit. Conclusion The guarantee of this operation style is the right choice of surgical and increasing surgical operation quantity. |
