| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察长春瑞滨联合顺铂组成的NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)的疗效和安全性。方法 :应用NP治疗 36例晚期NSCLC与CAP方案治疗晚期NSCLC30例进行对比。结果 :NP组有效率 4 4 4 % ,CAP组有效率 16 .6 % ,两者差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :NP方案治疗晚期NSCLC的疗效确切 ,毒副反应易于耐受 ,是值得推广为NSCLC的一线治疗方案。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effects a nd safety of NP (NVB+DDP) regimen for advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods:36 patien ts with adva nced NSCLC were treated with NP.30 patients with advanced NSCLC were treated wit h CAP. The better regimen was concluded by comparative study of NP and CAP regim en. Results:The results showed that the response rates of NP group and CAP grou p were 44.4% and 16.6% respectively. There was statistical significant differenc e between them ( P <0.01). Conclusion: NP regimen is effective in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer, the toxicity is relatively not severe and liable to be well tolerated. NP regimen is worthy of recommendation as first-lin e chemotherapy regimen in the treatment of NSCLC. |
