脑脉Ⅱ号对脑组织缺血性损伤的保护及其机制的研究

摘    要:目的 :探讨中药复方脑脉Ⅱ号对急性脑缺血性损伤的保护作用及其机制。方法 :采用电子显微镜观察及放射性核素示踪法等技术 ,从结构与功能方面进行研究。结果 :脑脉Ⅱ号能减轻急性脑缺血大鼠大脑皮层组织结构的损伤程度 ;提高缺血脑组织SOD、GSH -PX活性 ,并减少LPO含量 ;能增加脑组织3H -脱氧葡萄糖含量。结论 :脑脉Ⅱ号能减轻缺血对脑细胞的损伤 ,从而起保护作用 ,其作用机制可能与对抗自由基攻击和减少能量消耗等有关。

Abstract:Purpose: To study the effect of Naomai Erhao Injection—a compound TCM injection for cerebrovascula diseases on protection of brain nerves from acute cerebral ischemic injury and its mechanism. Methods:The structure and functions of the rats' brain were stu died by means of the electronic microscope, radionucliole tracer method and some other me thods. Results: Naomai Erhao Injection reduced the tissue injury of cerebral coxtex of rats with acute cerebral ischemia; increased the SOD, GSH-PX activity of ischemic brain ti ssue, reduced the LPO content and raised the 3H-dexoyglucose content in brain tissue. Conclusions: Naomai Erhao Injection can protect the brain nerves by lessening cerebrocellular injury caused by ischemia and its mechanism of action can protect the brain nerves by lesse ning the offensive from oxygen free radicals and lowering the energy consumption.
