| 摘 要： | [目的]观察风池穴封闭结合温针灸治疗枕大神经痛的临床疗效。[方法]风池穴局部封闭后温针灸治疗，观察疗效。[结果]82例中痊愈68．3％，显效劳23．2％，有效7．3％无效1．2％，总有效率98．3％。[结论]风池穴封闭结合温针灸治疗枕大神经痛是快速有效的。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of closed Fengchi acupoint and warm acupuncture moxibustion on greater occipital neuralgia.[Method] First administer closed Fengchi,then warm acupuncture moxibustion;observe the efficacy.[Result] In 82 cases,68.3% were cured,23.2% had marked effect,7.3% were effective,1.2% had no effect,the total effective rate was 98.3%.[Conclusion] It is quick and effective to treat greater occipital neuralgia with closed Fengchi acupoint and warm acupuncture moxibustion. |
