摘    要:目的观察运用Endohutton纽扣钢板线缆系统重建下胫腓联合体治疗踝部骨折伴下胫腓联合损伤的疗效。方法踝部骨折伴下胫腓联合损伤15例患者.其中男性10例,女性5例:年龄22。43岁,平均年龄32-3岁。采用Endobutton纽扣钢板线缆系统重建下胫腓联合复合体。通过随访及标准的足踝功能评分.评估该治疗方法的疗效。结果15例均获随访,随访时间12~19个月.平均随访14.2个月。术后X射线片均见踝穴正常。依据美国骨科足踝外科协会(AOFAS)踝关节功能评分评定疗效.优10例.良4例。未发现有下胫腓联合固定失效现象。结论Endobutton纽扣钢板线缆系统治疗踝部骨折伴下胫腓联合损伤恢复了下胫腓联合的正常运动功能.作用确切.减少了恢复工作的时间,避免了内固定物断裂等并发症,

Abstract:Objective To explore the treatment effect of the distal tibiofibular syndesmosis injury with Endobutton plate-cable system for rebuilding the complex body of distal tibiofibular syndesmosis. Methods A total of 15 patients with ankle fractures of tibial phil joint damage were enrolled, included 10 males and 5 females, who were aged 22 - 43 years old with a mean age of 32.3, all cases was performed Endobutton button-cable system fixation of ankle fracture with distal tibiofibular syndesmosis injury. After follow-up and standard ankle function score, the curative effect of the treatment was evaluated. Results All of them were followed up for 12 - 19 months(mean 14.2 months). The postoperative X-ray film of ankle mortise was normal. Curative effect was scored by American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Surgeons (AOFAS) ankle function score system, 10 cases were excellent, and 4 cases good. There was no failure of tibiofibular syndesmosis fixation. Conclusion It is demonstrated that Endobutton button-cable system for ankle fracture with tibiofibular syndesmosis injury could recover the normal motion function and reduce the recovery time, it could also avoid the breakage of internal fixation and other complications.
