| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨改良的额肌瓣悬吊术治疗重度上睑下垂的疗效。方法:采用改良的额肌瓣悬吊术治疗重度上睑下垂患者23例33眼,主要的手术技巧在于利用钝性分离制作额肌瓣,根据上睑缘的高度及弧度适当地延长额肌瓣侧切口的长度,调整额肌瓣长度及张力。结果:随访6～18mo,上睑高度及弧度均理想,未见并发症。结论:本改良术式有效的节约了手术时间,减少术中出血及对组织肌肉的损伤。

| Abstract: | AIM:To describe the technique and results of a simple,safe modified operation of frontalis muscle suspension for treatment of severe blepharoptosis that will prevent blooding and reduce the muscle injury in the procedure.METHODS:Frontalis muscle was exposed with blunt dissection,extend the length of operative incision and adjust the length and tension of frontalis muscle flap with the height and radian of upper palpebral margin.RESULTS:Each of the 23 patients(33 eyelids) achieved good upper eyelid elevation and proper palpebral crease formation without complication.CONCLUSION:The study shows that this technique can compress the span of surgery procedure and predictable with minimal risk of complications. |
