| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨丁丙诺啡用于硬膜外术后镇痛的价值。方法：选择ASA（Ⅰ～Ⅱ）级病人160例，以随机、双盲的方式将病人分为两组，以吗啡为对照组。结果：丁丙诺啡用于硬膜外术后镇痛组，其镇痛效果及并发症均与吗啡组类同。结论：丁丙诺啡可用于硬膜外术后镇痛，但优势不明显。

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare analgesic effect of Buprenorphine vs morphine after surgery operation Methods: 160 patients,who experienced surgery operation by epidural anesthesia,were randomized to received either buprenorphine(group B) or morphine(group M or control group) by epidural cavity after operation to relief pain.A comparison of analgesic effect was analyzed according to use dosage and side effect in 48 hours between groups.Results: There was no significant difference between the medicine dosage and hand control times between groups(P>0.05),as well as no difference of analgesia effect.Conclusion: The analgesic effect of the Buprenorphine is so same as Morphine under the same conditions. |
