康妇消炎栓联合抗生素治疗盆腔炎性疾病80例疗效分析

目的:评价康妇消炎栓联合替硝唑治疗盆腔炎性疾病的疗效。方法:对本院门诊确诊的盆腔炎性疾病病例152例患者,其中治疗组80例用康妇消炎栓直肠给药、替硝唑口服;对照组72例采用替硝唑片、阿莫西林胶囊口服或氨苄西林/舒巴坦3.0 g配合甲硝唑注射液100 mL 2次/d静滴。3个疗程后进行比较。结果:康妇消炎栓联合替硝唑治疗盆腔炎性疾病有良好的临床疗效,治疗组总有效率97.5%,对照组总有效率87.5%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义。结论:康妇消炎栓联合替硝唑治疗盆腔炎性疾病的疗效显著,副作用少,值得临床推广使用。
