| 摘 要： | 目的:探索新生大鼠脑皮质少突胶质Ⅱ型星形祖细胞(OP)的纯化及鉴定.方法:分离、培养新生大鼠皮质混合胶质细胞,采用改良的振荡分离纯化法获取OP细胞,并进行诱导分化和免疫组化鉴定.结果:用该方法获取的OP细胞A2B5和Nestin免疫染色为双阳性,细胞纯度可达90%以上,且具有分化为星形胶质细胞和少突胶质细胞的双分化潜能...
