| 摘 要： | 动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)引起的心脑血管疾病是致伤残、致死的主要原因之一。脉搏波传导速度检测作为全身AS观察的良好指标,无创、简便、可重复,在大多数AS相关疾病中具有实用价值。综述近年来脉搏波传导速度检测在高血压、冠心病、糖尿病等与AS密切相关的疾病研究中的应用概况。

| Abstract: | Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases induced by atherosclerosis(AS)is one of the main causes of disability and death. As a fairly good index to assess the systemic atherosclerosis of the whole body,the detection of pulse wave conduction velocity is noninvasive,convenient and repeatable with practical value in most AS related diseases. This review summarized the application of pulse wave velocity in the diseases research closely related to AS such as hypertension,coronary heart disease and diabetes in recent years. |
