育龄妇女细菌性阴道病患病现状及其影响因素

目的探讨农村地区已婚育龄妇女细菌性阴道病的患病现状及其危险因素,为制定干预措施提供参考依据。方法按经济水平分层整群随机抽样,对4个抽样点已婚育龄妇女进行细菌性阴道病流行病学调查。结果细菌性阴道病患病率为6.64%。主要的危险因素为无专用的洗澡盆、巾;经期不使用消毒卫生巾;不知道淋病、梅毒、艾滋病、阴道滴虫可以经性生活传播等。结论农村育龄妇女细菌性阴道病患病率高与文化水平低、卫生知识知晓率低及不良的卫生行为有关。

The Prevalence of Bacterial Vaginosis of Bearing-age Women and Its Affecting Factors

OBJECTIVE To explore the prevalence of bacterial vaginosis of marrie d bearing-age women from rural area and its affecting factors for setting up pr eventing measures to the diseases. METHODS Using cluster sampling method for sel ecting population based on economic level strata,the epidemiological investigati on about bacterial vaginosis of married bearing-age women was carried out at fo ur sampling fields. RESULTS The prevalence of bacterial vaginosis was 6.64%. No bathtub,towel personally;without using terilized paper on menstrual phase;withou t knowing that the gonorrhea,syphilis,AIDS,trichomonal vaginitis can be transmit ted through sexual intercourse were the main risk factors. CONCLUSION The high prevalence of bacterial vaginosis of married bearing-age women from rural area correlated with the lower education level,lower understanding rate of health kno wledge,and insanitary behavior.
