| 摘 要： | 我国城镇医疗保障制度历经50多年的历史，为保障广大人民群众的身体健康做出了巨大的贡献．其进程大致可划分为3个阶段。但是，从制度发展的过程来看，既有成功的方面，也出现不少漏洞，现阶段城镇医疗保障制度的问题依然突出．需要从各个方面去解决，以更好地推动城镇医疗保障制度的不断完善。

| Abstract: | The urban medical insurance system has experienced 3-stage developement of over 50-year. The mass benefit more from the system in the course of the system developement. It gains success and shows much shortcomings. At present,the problems of the urban medical insurance system is still obvious, We should solve them from all sides in order to drive the course of improving the system. |
