超临界流体技术制备微细颗粒的方法及装置

摘    要:综述三种重要的超临界流体技术制备微细颗粒的方法:超临界流体快速膨胀法、超临界流体抗溶剂法及气体饱和溶液沉析法,对这三种颗粒制备方法的工艺原理、装置及其各自的特点进行了比较,并对超临界流体技术制备微细颗粒中存在的问题和发展前景进行了分析和展望。

Method and Apparatus of Preparing fine particles by Using Super-critical Fluid Technology

Abstract:In this article, three important methods of preparing fine particles by using super-critical fluid technology, rapid expansion of super-critical fluid, anti-resolution of super-critical fluid and sediment in gas saturated solution, were summarized. The comparison of the process mechanisms, constructions and characteristics of these three methods were carried out. Then, the problems existed in preparing fine particles by using super-critical fluid technology and the prospects in developing this technology were analyzed and forecasted.
