儿童共同性内斜视手术32例临床分析

目的：讨论共同性内斜视手术对儿童双眼视功能发育的影响。方法：全部手术均在全身麻醉下进行，大部分患儿采用等量双内直肌后徒术，对于大角度内斜患儿在等量双内直肌后徒的同时加1条外直肌截除。结果32例中81％患儿眼位得到矫正，其中18例获得不同程度的双眼视功能，19％患儿术后眼位欠佳，严重者经二次手术得到满意矫正。结论：为促进儿童双眼单视功能的发育，必须尽早矫正斜视。

The clinical analysis of 32 cases of children's comitant esotropia strabotomy

Objective To explore the influence of conmitant esotropia strabotomy on the development of binocular single vision in children.Methods All the strabotomies were conducted after general anesthesia.Equal recession of bimedial rectus was performed in most cases.Equal recession of bimedial rectus combined with resection of single laternal rectus was performed in cases with large-angle esotropia.Results The eye-position of 81 percent cases was corrected in total 32 coses.In 18 cases,the children obtained binocular single vision in different degress.Eye-position in 19 percent of the cases was not corrected.The serious cases were operated on a second time and received a better correction.Conclusion Strabismus must be corrected as early as possible to promote the development of binocular single vision in children.
