| 摘 要： | 目的了解左氧氟沙星致中枢神经系统不良反应的特点及规律。方法对2000～2005年国内公开报道的46例左氧氟沙星致中枢神经系统不良反应文献进行分析。结果46例左氧氟沙星致中枢神经系统不良反应中,女性多于男性,老年患者多于年轻患者,存在老年患者日用药剂量偏大现象。结论应重视左氧氟沙星致中枢神经系统不良反应,注意性别和年龄差异及用药剂量。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To study the features and patterns of nervous system adverse reaction induced by levofloxacin. METHODS:46 cases of levofloxacin-induced ADR of the central nervous system,publicly reported in China from 2000 to 2005,were audited and analyzed.RESULTS:Levofloxacin-induced ADR of the central nervous system reported more cases in females than in males,and more cases with the senile patients than with the young patients.Senile patients were found to have received higher-than-should-be daily dosage of levofloxacin.CONCLUSION:Levofloxacin-induced ADR of the central nervous system should be watched,and great attention should be paid to dosing as per gender,age and dosage. |
