腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆结石的临床疗效评价

目的 探讨应用腹腔镜与胆道镜联合治疗胆结石的临床疗效。方法 选取100例2018年1月—2019年1月在某医院接受治疗的胆结石患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(开腹手术治疗)和观察组(胆道镜与腹腔镜联合治疗),每组50例。对比治疗后患者的临床疗效以及手术情况。结果 经治疗后,观察组患者肠道恢复时间(19.45±2.55)d、术中出血量(50.98±4.88)mL以及手术时间(0.71±0.21)h均优于对照组患者的肠道恢复时间(23.87±1.89)d、术中出血量(152.01±6.88)mL以及手术时间(1.33±0.18)h;观察组治疗总有效率(100.00%)高于对照组治疗总有效率(74.00%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用腹腔镜与胆道镜联合治疗胆结石疾病,可有效缩短手术时间,促进临床恢复。

Clinical curative effect of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy in treatment of gallstones

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy in the treatment of gallstones. Methods A total of 100 patients with gallstones treated in a hospital from January 2018 to January2019 were selected as the study objects, who were randomly divided into a control group(open surgery) and a trial group(laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy therapy), with 50 cases in each group. The surgical conditions and clinical efficacy were investigated and compared between two groups. Results After the treatment, the intestinal recovery time(19.45±2.55)d, intra-operative blood loss(50.98±4.88) mL, and operation time(0.71±0.21) h of the trial group were shorter than those of the control group [(23.87)±1.89) d,(152.01±6.88) mL,(1.33±0.18) h];the total effective rate of of the trial group(100.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.00%), and there was a statistically significant difference between two groups(all P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of laparoscopy and choledochoscopy in the treatment of gallstone disease can effectively shorten the operation time and promote clinical recovery.
