| 摘 要： | 目的:分析新型冠状病毒研究的主题和进展,以期为新型冠状病毒研究的开展提供帮助.方法:检索主要中英文数据库、国家卫生健康委员会和中华医学会等网站,纳入新型冠状病毒的期刊文献、指南和共识.用VOSviewer 1.6.13软件对纳入研究的关键词进行提取,并生成聚类分析知识图谱.结果:最终纳入165篇中文研究,91篇英文研究.中文新型冠状病毒研究的主题主要为新型冠状病毒疫情下医护人员的防护和护理人员的管理、新型冠状病毒肺炎的防控和诊疗、中医药对新型冠状病毒肺炎的疗效.英文新型冠状病毒研究的主题包括新型冠状病毒的检测及其基因组序列分析、新型冠状病毒肺炎的流行病学和临床特征、新型冠状病毒的基本再生数预测、瑞德西韦对新型冠状病毒肺炎的疗效.指南和共识主要关注的是新型冠状病毒肺炎的防控和诊疗.结论:新型冠状病毒肺炎的防控和诊疗是目前研究的热点,需要更多研究以提供新型冠状病毒疫情下特殊患者的管理和诊疗方案,中医药在新型冠状病毒肺炎患者康复过程中的疗效有待发掘.

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the topic and progress of 2019 novel coronavirus research in order to provide assistance for the future 2019 novel coronavirus research.Methods:The main Chinese and English databases,Chinese National Health Committee and the Chinese Medical Association were searched.The research,guidelines and consensus of 2019 novel coronavirus were included.VOSviewer 1.6.13 software was used to extract the keywords of the included research and generate a cluster knowledge map.Results:165 Chinese studies and 91 English studies were finally included.The main topics of Chinese novel coronavirus research are protection and management of nursing staff in the epidemic of 2019 novel coronavirus,prevention and control of novel coronavirus pneumonia,and the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on novel coronavirus pneumonia.Topics in the study of 2019 novel coronavirus in English include detection of novel coronavirus and analysis of their genomic sequences,epidemiological and clinical characteristics of novel coronavirus pneumonia,prediction of the basic reproduction number of 2019 novel coronavirus,and the efficacy of Remdesiviron novel coronaviruspneumonia.The guidelines and consensus are mainly focus on the prevention,control and diagnosis ofnovel coronaviruspneumonia.Conclusion:The prevention,control and diagnosis of novel coronavirus pneumonia are the hot topics.More research is needed to provide management,diagnosis and treatment strategies for special patients under the 2019 novel coronavirus epidemic.The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the rehabilitation of patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia needs to be explored. |
