摘    要:以江门市固体废弃物处理公司垃圾填埋场的渗沥液为对象,中试处理工艺采用二级A/O法,与原有的SBR工艺相比,提高了生化处理的效率,将污水停留时间由20d缩短至7d。该工艺将好氧区和厌氧区分开,形成序列式硝化-反硝化工艺,具有较好的脱氮效果,后续采用曝气生物滤池(BAF)可使渗沥液中残余的有机成分和氨氮进一步去除。一级A/O池、二级A/O池对COD的去除率分别为76%、47%,对氨氮的去除率分别为87%、91%。上向流BAF比下向流BAF对COD的去除效果更好,两者对COD的去除率分别为70%和55%。

Abstract:Taking leachate from the waste landfill site of Jiangmen Solid Waste Treatment Company as an object, two level anaerobic-aerobic process was adopted, and efficiency of biochemical treatment was increased comparing with SBR process.Hydraulic retention time was reduced from 20 to 7 days.The process departed anaerobic and aerobic(A/O) to form sequencing batch nitrification-denitrification, and had good denitrification effect.The following process of biological aerated filter(BAF) removed residual organics and ammonia further.COD removal rates of the primary A/O and secondary A/O processes were 76% and 47% respectively, and ammonia removal rates were 87% and 91% respectively.Up-flow BAF performed better than down-flow BAF on COD removal, COD removals rates were 70% and 55% respectively.
