单心室的彩色多普勒血流动力学分析

目的与方法：本文应用双功彩色普勒超声诊断单心患者，分析意志主室的血流动力学变化。结果；根据Ｖａｎ ｐｒａａｐｈ分型，１１例单心室患者中，Ａ型为６全钻５４．６％，Ｂ型为４例，占３６．４％，Ｃ型为１例，占９．０％，彩色我镨勒血流特征，具有两组房室瓣的左转位型大动脉转位舒张期见两股红色血流分别射向单心室腔，民上缩期折返呈蓝色知流向主动脉和肺动脉射流，右转位型大动脉转位和共同房室瓣者则邮舒张期红色血流信号

Analysis of Hemokinetics in Single Ventricle Patients Using Duplex Color Doppler

Objectire:To analyse the hemodynamics of single ventricle anomaly. Methods:Eleven cases were examined by duplex color Doppler. Results:Six cases were diagnosed to be Amode, 4 to be Bmode, 1 to be Cmode according Van PraaphUltrasonography showed two stream red blood flows runing into single ventricle cave of the left transplaned great artery through two atrioventricular valve groups during diastole and blue blood flow returning to aortic and pulmonic aortic mobiles during systoleFor right turn artery and common atrioventricular cases, red blood signals were found getting into single ventricle cave by atrioventricular inlet during diastole, and getting into aortic and pulmonic aortic flows after confluence in systole. Conclusion:The characteristic changes of single ventricle hemodynamics contribute its classified diagnosis.
