胸椎黄韧带骨化症的诊断与治疗

本文报告１１例胸椎黄韧带骨化症的临床资料，其中５例是氟骨症患者，临床表现及影象学检查均较为严重，且手术治疗效果差，胸椎黄韧带骨化症常表现为较典型的胸椎管狭窄症状，早期症状主要表现为下肢麻木、无力，好发部位为Ｔ９～Ｔ１２，ＣＴ及ＭＲＩ是理想有效的检查手段，治疗目前以后路全椎板切除减压为主。本文就黄韧带骨化的病因进行了探讨

Diagnosis and Treatment of Thoracic Ossification of Ligamenta Flava.

11 patients with thoracic ossification of ligamenta flava (OLF)were reported.Among them,5 patients were fluorosis,their clinical features or imaging were rather severe,and the results of operation were also poor.The clinical features of OLF were of cord compression with acquired thoracic spinal canal stenosis.Numbness or weakness in the legs were the initial symptoms,CT and MRI were the most effective imaging examination.Up to date,posterior route total laminectomy was still the main treatment.And the etiology of OLF was also discussed.
