椎管内扩大术治疗腰椎椎管狭窄症

目的：探讨腰椎椎管狭窄的治疗方法。方法：采用作者设计的“半椎板切除行椎管内扩大术”治疗腰椎管狭窄３５例。其中侧隐窝型２例，马尾神经型１１例，混合型２２例。经３９～９６个月的长期随访。结果：疗效优２７例（７７．１％），良８例（２２．９％），优良率１００％，结论：认为采用文中介绍的手术能最大限度地保持脊柱的稳定性，同时椎管减压彻底，神经组织粘连较少，近远期疗效满意

Intracanal Expansion with Hemilaminectomy for the Treatment of Stenosis of Lumbar Certebral Canal: A Report of 35 Cases

The First Affiliated Hospital, The Medical College of Shantou University, Shantou 515041. Object: To investigate the operative method of lumbar canal stenosis. Method: The operation of hemilaminectomy combined with intracanal expansion designed by ourselves were performed in 35 patients. Among them,2 cases were with stenosis of the lateral recess, 11 cases with compressed caudae quina and 22 cases with mixed type. All patients were followed up from 39 months to 96 months. Results: The outcome was excellent in 27 cases (77 1%), good in 8 cases (22 9%): The surgical method introduced in our article could made the best of spinal stability with more decompression of lumbar vertebral canal and less adhesion of nervous tissue. The efficacy in short and long time followup is good.
