侧脑室穿刺引流术后早期配合针刺治疗脑室出血对照观察

目的]探讨侧脑室引流术后早期配合针刺治疗脑室出血临床疗效。方法]将60例脑室出血患者随机分成两组,治疗组侧脑室钻孔引流辅以尿激酶灌注,术后第2d开始配合针刺治疗。对照组:(n=30)侧脑室钻孔引流辅以尿激酶灌注。两组患者术后第18d分别予评测其Barthel指数。结果]经治疗后,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论]针刺疗法配合侧脑室引流治疗脑室出血疗效显著,可以有效改善脑出血患者肢体后遗运动功能障碍,疗效优于单纯侧脑室引流。提示脑室出血引流术后早期针灸有提高疗效、改善预后的作用。

Lateral Ventricular Drainage combined Acupuncture on Early Stage of Intraventricular Hemorrhage Control Observation

Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of lateral ventricular drainagecombiand acupuncture on early stage of intraventricul ar hemorrhage.Methods]60 cases will be diagnosed with intraventricular hemorrhage,60 cases are randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 30 cases.Control group of 30 cases to lateral ventricular drainage with the Urokinase,Treatment group of 30 cases to lateral ventricular drainage with the Urokinase combined early stage of intraventricular hemorrhage acupuncture.Observe the improvement of clinical symptoms in two groups of patients after 10 days and 18 days evaluation Barthel score index.Results] After treatment,the control group is better than the treatment group,the two groups the difference is significant(P<0.05).Conclusion] Lateral ventricular drainage combined acupuncture have a significant effect on early stage of intraventricular hemorrhage,can effectively reduce the disability rate,give patients a better life quality.
