彩色多普勒检测侵蚀性葡萄胎32例分析

目的探讨经阴道和经腹部彩色多普勒联合检测侵蚀性葡萄胎的诊断价值,同时分析检测人绒毛膜促性腺激素（β-HCG）水平的临床应用价值。方法应用经阴道和经腹部彩色多普勒联合检测32例侵蚀性葡萄胎患者,获得并分析超声声像图及相关数据,同时观察血β-HCG水平变化。结果 32例侵蚀性葡萄胎患者超声声像图可见宫壁回声增粗,有些伴有低回声结节、血流丰富;同期检测的血β-HCG增高。超声声像检测结果与病理检查及其他检查结果相一致。结论经阴道和经腹部彩色多普勒超声联合检测侵蚀性葡萄胎在诊断中具有重要的临床应用价值,同时检测血β-HCG也有一定的参考意义。

Clinical analysis on color Doppler ultrasound for diagnosing Invasive mole in 32 cases

Objective To compare the clinical values between joint application of color Doppler transvaginal scanning and transabdominal scanning with serum β human chorionic gonadotropin（β-HCG） for diagnosing invasive mole. Methods Color Doppler transvaginal scanning and transadominal scanning were performed in 32 cases. Thel ultrasonographic features and blood flow information of color Doppler and spectral Doppler in invasive mole were achieved and compared with the change of serum β-HCG levels. Results 32 cases of invasive mole were performed many imaging examinations combined with laboratory examinations and finally diagnosed by pathological examination. The determination of β-HCG is an important reference index for diagnosis. Conclusion Joint application of color Doppler transvaginal scanning and transadominal scanning combined with the detection of serum β-HCG level has important clinical value for the diagnosis of invasive mole.
