阻断动脉血流治疗少血供恶性肝肿瘤的初步研究

目的　改进少血供肝癌的介入治疗方法。方法　研究组 (3 4例 )患者采用球囊导管暂时阻断肝动脉血流 ,再灌注碘油和化疗药物 ;对照组 (4 0例 )患者则采用常规TACE疗法。随访观察疗效、副反应和生存时间。结果　研究组和对照组总有效率分别为 82 %和 65 % ,两组相差非常显著 (χ2 =12 .5 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论　球囊导管暂时性阻断肿瘤动脉血流 ,TACE治疗肝脏少血供的恶性肿瘤 ,方法简单 ,疗效肯定 ,有一定的推广价值

Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization for hypovascular liver cancer after occlusion of tumor blood supply

Objective To improve the transcatheter arterial che moembolization (TACE) method for hypovascular liver cancer. Methods Seventy-four patients with hypovascular liver cancer were divided into stu dy group and control group. In study group (34 patients), the patients underwent TACE after interruption of the tumor's arterial supply by means of occlusion of the porper hepatic arterial or feeding arterial with a balloon catheter. In con trol group (40 patients), the patients underwent routine TACE. Results The response evaluation of effectiveness rate was 82% (28 cases) and 65 % (26 cases) in the study group and control group, respectively. The effectivene ss rate in study group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01). Conclusion The TACE, a simple method for hypovascula r liver cancer through occluded tumor's artery by balloon catheter, can take pos itive effect and be worth extending. [
