针刺治疗帕金森病的临床观察

目的探索长期用左旋多巴（L-Dopa）类药物的帕金森病（PD）患者，经针刺治疗后能否提高疗效，降低L-Dopa剂量和减少并发症。方法选择30例PD患者，多数存在疗效减退或药物并发症，运用针刺水沟、百会等穴，减少美多巴用量，6个月后对患者病情和并发症评价。结果治疗6个月后，功能程度好转，美多巴用量减少，总有效率66．7％。结论PD患者经针刺治疗后，L-Dopa类药物疗效提高，降低药物剂量和减少并发症等。

Clinical observations on acupuncture treatment of Parkinson''''s disease

Objective To investigate if acupuncture treatment can improve the curative effect,decrease the dosage of L-Dopa and reduce the complications in Parkinson's disease(PD) patients who have taken L-Dopa-kind medicine for a long time.Methods Thirty PD patients,in most of whom there were the reduced effect and drug complications,were selected and treated by acupuncture of points Shuigou,Baihui,etc with the dosage of medopa decreased.The patients' conditions and the complications were evaluated 6 months later.Results After 6 months' treatment,the function improved in degree and the dosage of medopa decreased,with a total efficacy rate of 66.7%.Conclusion Acupuncture treatment can improve the curative effect of L-Dopa-kind medicine,decrease the dosage of the medicine and reduce the complications in PD patients.
