| 摘 要： | 目的：观察替吉奥（S-1）联合多西他赛（Docetaxel）、顺铂（DDP）方案治疗晚期胃癌的疗效及不良反应.方法：选取36例晚期胃癌患者随机分为两组,A组15例采用替吉奥（S-1）50mg/（m2·d）,分2次口服,第1-14天；多西他赛（Docetaxel）75mg/（m2·d）,静脉滴注,第1天；顺铂（DDP）20mg/（m2·d）,静脉滴注第1-5天,B组21例采用5-FU 500mg/（m2·d）,静脉滴注24h,第1-5天；多西他赛和顺铂的剂量及用法同A组,两组均21天为1周期,治疗2个周期后按WHO标准评价疗效及不良反应.结果：两组有效率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,在KPS评分,骨髓抑制和胃肠道反应方面差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：替吉奥联合多西他赛、顺铂治疗晚期胃癌近期疗效确切、毒副反应可接受.

| Abstract: | Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and toxicity of S-1 plus docetaxel and DDP in the treatment of advanced gastric Cancer.Methods：Thirty-six cases with advanced gastric cancer were enrolled into the study.All patients were randomly divided into group A and group B.Fifteen patients of group A received S-1 plus docetaxel and DDP.Twenty-one patients of group B received 5-FU plus docetaxel and DDP.The treatments were repeated every three weeks.Efficacy and toxicity were determined according to WHO criteria.Results：All patients could be evaluated.There was no significant difference in the therapeutic effective rate between the group A and group B （P ＞ 0.05）.The KPS score,bone marrow suppression and gastrointestinal tract reaction had statistically significance between the two groups（P ＜ 0.05）.There was no therapy-related death in all patients.Conclusion：S-1 plus docetaxel and DDP is effective and relatively safe to treat advanced gastric cancer. |
