| 摘 要： | DBC1是近年来新发现的一种蛋白,属于小GTP酶类Rho家族的非典型成员。最初因为在乳腺癌组织中杂合性缺失被鉴定出来的。目前关于DBC1在乳腺癌上的研究报道尚少。本文对国内外关于该基因的有关研究进行综述,了解其分子机制,基因表达情况。

| Abstract: | DBC1 is a protein newly found belongs to small GTP enzymes Rho family atypical members.It was firstly identified with loss of heterozygosity in the tissue of breast carcinoma.Research about DBC1 hasn＇t been reported in breast cancer.This paper will summary the domestic and international research on the gene,the understanding of its molecular mechanisms and gene expression. |
