摘    要:目的:探索采用激光定位线与CT内定位线实施快速、精确、简捷、并发症少的肺部穿刺定位方法.方法:阅读CT图片选择病人的最佳穿刺体位后,无需在患者体表做任何标记行CT扫描,然后找到最佳病灶穿刺层面.利用激光定位线与CT内定位线的固定距离及激光线与检查床板的移动,确定“+”交叉点为患者表皮的精确穿刺点.结果:通过简单的公式计算及激光定位线与检查床板的移动即可找到“+”点,整个过程不到十分钟便可完成,无需在患者体表做标记,无视线与操作误差,横断面误差小于0.5mm,矢状面误差小于0.1mm.穿刺成功率为100%,无任何并发症.结论:激光定位线结合CT内定位线及简单的公式计算肺部穿刺法具有操作简单、精确率高的优点,可以应用于临床.

Abstract:Objective:To explore lung puncture positioning method with fast,accurate,simple and fewer complications guided by laser positioning line combined with CT internal positioning line.Methods:CT images were read to select the best puncture postural of pts,without any marks on pts,CT scan was done,then the best lesion puncture level was found.With fixed distance of laser line and CT internal positioning line,and mobile of laser positioning ray and examination bed," + " was accurate puncture point for the patient.Results:With simple formula and mobile of laser positioning ray and examination bed," + " point can be found with little time of less than ten minutes,no marks on pts,no error from sight and operation,less than 0.5mm of sectional error,less than 0.1mm of sagittal error.The success rate was 100%,without any complications.Conclusion:Lung puncture,with laser positioning ray and CT internal positioning line and simple formula computation,has the advantages of simple operation,high accuracy.This method can be applied in clinic.
